I had a nice stay here. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the beach, but the clean and comfortable rooms made up for it. The breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

The facilities are outdated. The bathroom has no anti-slip mat or safety pull rod. The pillow still has a strong perfume smell from the previous guest. I felt itchy all over after sleeping on the bed for one night. The hygiene is worrying! There is no standard and service of star hotels at all, and it is not friendly to Chinese people. Most of the guests staying are European and American guests.

Avoid this hotel. My friends and I drove from Bangkok to Phuket. It was already late when we arrived. We found this hotel on the platform. It was not as good as the pictures said. The soundproofing was very poor. The bedsheets were torn and they didn't change them for us. The walls were painted all over with pitch black.

The company chose this hotel for team building. The service staff was very friendly and kind. We booked a supporting conference room for the meeting, and there were also tea breaks, drinks and lunch. You can borrow a large bath towel for going out to sea. The breakfast was good, and there were activities on Christmas.
