Disgusting hotel, spent five nights there. My husband was bitten by strange insects at night(((there is no soundproofing at all. The air conditioner worked every other time and then like a pumping station! I do not recommend it at all

staff unfriendly, arrived at 12 and didn't let us check in, had to wait until 2pm. When we got the room and wanted to rest, we noticed that the pillowcases hadn't been changed, we immediately informed them and they only managed to fix it after an hour, really rude. The whole room smelled of oud. This smell didn't go away, which was also very unpleasant. Very loud music plays from morning to evening, the rooms are very thinly soundproof. Bathrooms are old and could do with being renovated. The location is OK for those who want to get to Patong quickly, otherwise the hotel is not recommended unless you have no demands

The room has a severe smell of mold… I recommend putting some incense in the room
