Balcony with a clothes dryer, air conditioning, parking for a car. There are 2 large supermarkets nearby. We went to the nearest beach - Layan, alternated with Naithon. Of the minuses - traffic jams in December on the main Highway 402, everything seems close, but you drive for a long time and wait 22 minutes for a traffic light. No elevator. We lived on the 4th floor, not scary, but inconvenient with a suitcase.
In general, a normal option. How much you pay, so much you get. The girls are very friendly. But, of course, you should not expect miracles.
