A family of three booked 4 rooms, and they were all upgraded for free. The hardware facilities were better than the pictures on the Internet, but there was a problem with the floor drain in one room. The smell from the bathroom filled the whole room. Hope it can be improved.

Perfect location in Patong. 5 mins walk to the beach and lots of food places.
The reservation team was accomodating, helpful and courteous to our request.

This was probably my 8th or 9th time that I've stayed at Lantern Patong. The rooms are clean & spacious, location is very ideal for food, shopping and walking street. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and courteous. Real value for money. That's why I'll stay there whenever I'm in Patong.
