DISGUSTING HOTEL. Not the first time in Thailand, but a very bad experience. I strongly do not recommend choosing this hotel. Bad location, very nasty reception, super meager breakfasts. Breakfasts are only suitable for Indians and omnivorous Chinese. We were there twice in total. from fruits - watermelon and melon. No dragon fruit, although it is always available in hotels even of a lower class. But the worst thing is the insects. Immediately after we checked in (we rented the hotel for 8 days), there were two strange cockroaches on the bed, as it turned out later that these were ants that live directly above your head, under the bed boards, as soon as we checked in they were alive and ran 4-5 on the bed, I wanted to attach a video, but it is not allowed here. We were in shock after a difficult flight, we went to explain that in a room for $ 60 per day there should not be ants on the pillows, to which we were told that they could not resettle us, only kill these. We agreed because we had no other options. Having clarified what would happen if we slept the night with ants (the young man from the reception said, !! There are no ants in the hotel, that our room is an exception !! And he finds out from the boss how to brighten up our impressions of the hotel. As a result, the next day we are offered a room opposite, with a bed that has fallen apart and smelly curtains (they are all supposedly in someone's seminal fluid), but they do not pay attention to this. And, attention! We are moved to another room, I go to the bed and there are ants waving their paws again 😍🫰🏻 We are horrified and go to the reception, they tell us that oh oh, there are ants here too, “then we can go back to our room.” As a result, we stay in the first one and live with ants (they crawl at night when you sleep and if you eat something or bring food, as soon as you unpack they immediately run out of all the cracks) they promise to find out about a free spa as ant compensation. As a result, they simply forget about it (when we came a couple of days later to find out, they told us that they hadn’t found out anything and there were no ants in sight 🤡and why did the manager tell us this then?), we continue to get to know the hotel, it’s very far from anywhere on foot, we went by taxi. The only good thing was the cleaning lady, she cleaned up cleanly. The first time we encountered this with such negative staff and wildlife.
