Замечательный отель.
Прекрасные квартиры(номера).
Всё чисто кругом, персонал трудится, старается.
Все здороваются и улыбаются.
Кто-то пишет, что долго оформляют документы при заселении на ресепшн. Мы потратили не более 5 минут.Точно также при выселении.
В первый день заселили в номер studio, а у нас в брони был superior. На следующий день поменяли без проблем. При переезде в новый номер забыли ортопедическую подушку. Девушки на ресепшн мгновенно оповестили персонал отеля и на следующий день подушка была у нас. Также в двух номерах была проблема с кодировкой сейфа, сообщили на ресепшн и через 10 минут прибежали ребята с ключами и всё сделали.
Уборка номера каждый день. Очень милая дама, встречала и провожала нас, как своих родных.
Хорошо отдохнули в отеле.
Хочется выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу за свою работу.
Обязательно вернёмся в следующий раз.

Misleading to call this a hote,l rather worn down and dirty apartments. Air-conditioned in one of the rooms broken. The staff tried to fix but was unsuccessful. We asked and were given another room but the whole event was a waste of time due to poor communication. Breakfast was so so. The only good thing is that it is near the airport.
