Excellent hotel, liked the location - 20 minutes walk from the airport, 10 minutes to the beach.
Large and beautiful territory, there is a gym, Wi-Fi works great. Shuttles to the beach - several times a day. 2 air conditioners in the room.
The room is very comfortable - "European two-room" - bedroom, living room, toilet.
Cleaning every day without reminders.
Restaurant with local and European cuisine - everything is tasty and affordable.
From the comments - it would be nice to update the plumbing. And given the presence of a kitchen, add utensils for cooking

There was a reluctance to help out from the time we arrived. Firstly the lobby is across a small pedestrian bridge so if you have heavy bags, good luck, nobody helps. The guy driving the shuttle, or the guard, seems to hide from their jobs. The ladies at reception were nice but again could only do so much. The rooms are about 150-200m walk away from the lobby - yes get across the bridge again. On the bright side, there is parking available if you have a vehicle or motorbike. The AC works well and so does the TV. And fairly close to the airport. There were small ants around the room and generally not so clean but I guess you get what you pay for.

I will never book this hotel again! Totally ripe off! They took all my deposit 1000 just because I turn in the key a few hours later. No one tell me they charge 500/ hour ridiculous price for giving them the key late! I packed my stuff early in the morning 10am and left for lunch. . There is no one in my building front desk the entire morning to tell me that. Plus their checking building and front desk reception has a long way to go. You have to walk 10 minutes in the hot sun and many steps to your residence. No body offer for help this morning.. Very inconvenient!
