Really friendly staff, helped us book an elephant sanctuary. Room is really big and spacious they clean it day which is nice. Would highly recommend

We arrived at the hotel 1.5 hours early and were checked in immediately, without extra charge.
The room overlooks the pool, it has salt water.
It's a 7-10 minute walk to Surin Beach.
There's a cafe and a toops store nearby.
The place is perfect for lying on the beach all day. There's nowhere to walk in the evening. We stayed there for 3 days, it was enough for us to chill out.
The hotel and rooms are certainly not new, they need cosmetic repairs. Everything you need is in the room. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day

The hotel is a bit tired. The rooms are large. Some rooms have a bathtub. You can stay with children. Yes.. don't expect it to be ideal... maybe, like we have with hot water, there will be problems... cockroaches... But overall, I think it should be considered for a vacation. The best beach in Phuket is 10 minutes away....

Not a bad budget hotel, everything you need for living, a little tired rooms, weak shower pressure, but these minuses are compensated by the price and location. The beach is really 5 minutes away, plus the hotel has a 10% discount in the Audi restaurant, where we ate all 6 days of our stay. I recommend it, my rating is 4 out of 5.

Excellent value for money for a 3 star hotel, 3 minutes walk to the beach, around the corner there is a minimarket tops, we walked around all of Surin and didn't find a better offer
