The hotel is on a hill, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk up the hill, but it is not a reusable story if you take a bike, the hotel is clean, they clean daily, I will not say that they change the linen daily, but there is cleaning, though they did not wipe up the spilled cola on the balcony in 5 days)) but this is a trifle, if they hung a sign do not disturb, they will hang soap and washcloths on the door. By the way, they updated them daily.
The pool is average, clean, not deep. The terrace in the room is larger, I recommend taking a room with a terrace overlooking the city and the sea, you will see incredible sunsets.
There is a 7 eleven nearby, there is no alcohol there, but everything else is there, but 5 minutes away there is another 7-11, everything is there.
Walking distance from the hotel to Patong beach 30 minutes, to massages 20, to Bangla road 25 minutes. There is no cafe nearby, the nearest one is 20 minutes away.
The hotel is a normal 4, no plus, but a solid 4.
By the way, the doors to the terrace are sliding, we opened them tightly at night and enjoyed the breeze, we lived on the 4th floor, mosquitoes, flies and other things never visited us.

20mins walk to the main ***** in Patong. Can be difficult to get a tuk tuk into main Patong but no problem getting back.
Hotel is nice but need some tlc. Pool area has many chipped tiles and the wooden flooring is broken on many places.
Reception were friendly.
Breakfast I found very limited. Limited meats, cereals etc. egg and omelette were however available.
Overall nice time, but wouldn't rush back

The hotel is located in the northern part of Patong on a mountain. It is far from the sea, but there is a shuttle service several times a day. The service corresponds to 4*. The rooms are very large and have a great view. Breakfasts are meager, but you will not go hungry.

The service is nice and innocent, the lighting in the room and bathroom is very poor, the plaster is peeling off the walls, the shower is damaged. The check out took 30 minutes because they check the rooms so ho-ho. My friend lost his 1000 baht deposit and paid an additional 250 for pouring cola on the pillow... the location is supposedly ok but in practice it's also a huge pain (uphill and without a view...) poor for the elevated level of the rooms...

Far too noisy. Too far away from everything. Cannot sleep properly from internal external noise. Staff member on front desk Singh so rude. Breakfast staff are great all smiles and cook a nice breakfast for you

It was a very noisy hotel, I booked to stay there for a few nights but I couldn't stay more than two. Every night I heard strong noises that woke me up in the middle of the night, in the morning the same, people shutting doors, shouting in the hotel, the breakfast is limited and almost the same every day, sorry to say it but I wouldn't come back again. The management needs to be changed, the hotel feels like no life.
