In fact, they lied in order to delay the time until the moment of check-out, and then no one would be able to approach anyone anyway and you can forget about the residents. We trusted this woman, in fact it turned out to be in vain, we paid the full price for the conditions that were imposed on us upon check-in. Think and decide for yourself whether you need such troubles in life, especially on vacation:) Trip.com, due to the impossibility of getting an answer from the hotel (the hotel simply ignored us after check-out, if I understand correctly) to our request for a refund, returned part of the money spent to us in bonuses, thanks to the service for this.
