Except the location near the beach.
The bedsheets are dirty to be honest, and the room is dirty too

Booked deluxe room but for standard instead, hotel management wanted me to be happy getting deluxe 2days after, insane. Towels with yellow stains and not sure if the bed linen was changed.

Stylish accommodation within a 5 minute walk from Kata Noi beach and about 25 minute walk over the hill to Kata beach and town. The room has everything you need for self catering (just ask for a kettle etc if needed).
Staff are friendly and helpful. There is an on-site bar with great cocktail specials, beer and tea/coffee.
Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied.

Very well located hotel just a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, Kata Noi. Very clean, great staff, and everything is nearby.

Ideal hotel in terms of price/quality.
No breakfast, no elevator, but the location is excellent, 3-5 minutes to the sea.
Compact, very clean and modern room, friendly staff. Good infrastructure near the hotel.

One of the slightly inexpensive hotels on Kata Noi Beach. Not a bad option for a short stay. We were not checked in right away because of some problems with the wiring on the floor. The view from the window was right next to another building. There was no dryer in the room - I had to ask for one. Therefore, for a long stay I would recommend another place.
