In order to take pictures of the sunset, we arrived at the restaurant at 5:30, but it was very noisy, and many foreigners were drinking and making noise in the swimming pool. I confirmed with Ctrip in advance and the reply I got was that the swimming pool would close at 5 o'clock every day. There would be no one during meal time. The hotel did not inform me that there was any wine party at the swimming pool that day. As a result, there were always people drinking and making noise next to it during meal time. There was no way to take pictures. I asked the restaurant waiter twice when it would end, and the answer I got was immediately. They should have left. But no one went to inform the people in the swimming pool. They did not leave until after sunset at around 6 o'clock. It seriously affected our dining. It was also impossible to take pictures. If I had been informed before, I could have booked the restaurant for another day. But no one informed me. Afterwards, I communicated with Ctrip and hoped that the hotel could give me an explanation. As a result, it was delayed again and again. The hotel did not have any explanation or apology until I checked out. I have never seen this kind of service attitude in a five-star hotel, or do you only treat Chinese people like this?

1. The room facilities are very old. The shower in the master bedroom is loose and can't stand on the bracket at all. You have to hold it with your hand all the time. 2. The pool lights are broken. Even the sound of the speakers is sometimes louder and sometimes quieter, or there is no sound at all. We asked them to repair it several times but gave up. 3. The TV in the room can't be watched. It's full of electric current noise. 4. The sofa next to the pool is dirty and smelly. 5. The room with a price of more than 5,000 per night only gives two bottles of water per day. 6. The attitude of the porter at check-out was very bad. The road inside the hotel was originally a big uphill and downhill. When driving a buggy to the lobby, it was drifting and it was uncomfortable. In summary, this hotel is like a local homestay. It is not worth the price in Phuket. Everyone be careful. We will not go there for the second time. I strongly recommend V villas. The price is similar and it is ten streets away from this hotel.

Nearby are five-star hotels with much better prices and services (during our trip we changed three such hotels, this was the last and the worst in terms of price / quality). The hotel is on the outskirts, uncomfortable, not a hotel, but rather apartments. Breakfasts for "5" are no good (you can only find such in hotels without stars), almost no choice, tasteless, good thing there were different variations of eggs and good drinks. The loft does not provide privacy, because in principle anyone can walk in front of your pool (by the way, ours was not heated and I do not know if it is ever heated, it did not warm up in the sun), visibility is limited by vegetation, boulders (though on the last day the bushes in front of our room were trimmed). Wi-Fi on the second floor works occasionally. There is no place to put a suitcase on the first floor, it seems like a small thing, but... The price should be reduced by at least half, so that this hotel could be considered at all. The hotel's idea to give out a phone that you can take with you and call the reception on it to call a car for delivery from Kata Beach or from the store to your room is a good one.

The next day, they claimed that the air conditioner had been repaired, but at night the air conditioner couldn't cool again! I was directly woken up by the heat in the middle of the night! I tried to reason with the manager, and her attitude was very bad. She said that it was impossible to refund the price difference. We had no choice but to accept their compensation for delayed check-out + airport drop-off service. As a result, when we actually checked out, they suddenly regretted that they could not provide airport drop-off service. It was a pure rip-off! Other outrageous matters include but are not limited to the jacuzzi and a faucet on the second floor were broken. When we requested to add a quilt, the hotel replied that they could not add it, etc. . . I sincerely advise everyone to stay away from this kind of Internet celebrity hotel with a messed up hardware management attitude🤮👎
