I've stayed here many times, but I decided not to stay here again this time.
Because there were a lot of Russian people, I was given a connecting room. I could hear everything the Russians said next door. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they even questioned me why I didn't tell them to change rooms when I checked in. (The Russians next door hadn't come back when I checked in, so I had no idea the soundproofing was so bad and noisy.) In the end, the garden view room was changed to a room without a view. But the attitude of the service staff is really bad!
