It is an agency-operated hotel for apartments in a residential community. The overall condition of the community is pretty good, but the conditions inside the room can only match the usual price. There were so many mosquitoes in the room on the first floor that the front desk service staff couldn't help him. How could he deal with it alone? I was worried for him.

They stopped running fountains everywhere. Steady water attracts flies. I guess tgey dont want to waste electricity for pumps.. U cant walk after suntime without getting bie by flies. Spraying is not enough. Little bugs everywhere. U get bitten by flies constant. otherwise, okay.

Booked for 2 nights but the first night Someone broke into my room through the balcony. I woke up by the noise where the person left frontdoors. All doors were locked.. I ran outside to the lobby for help and they didn’t call the police or looked the cameras. I only got a new room to stay but didn’t feel safe anymore and left. Requested a refund but don’t respond anymore after.. There is no good help at all from this hotel. At least give me my money back… Never again and would not recommend!!!

Very supportive staff and well located… out of the busy Phuket traffic and buzz, perfect for some good rest and visiting the Old Town, getting a boat ride to Koh Phi Phi and the nearby temple at Chai Thararam (walking distance)
