I got to this hotel in the peak season, in mid-January 2025. The room cost $90 per night. This is a very old building. All the furniture and plumbing are very old. But I must say thank you to the owner of the hotel, because despite the very low level of the hotel, it is always clean. Of course, I would not have booked this room for $90, but there were no other available options.
The hotel is on the road. Very close to the sea and Bangla Road. But it is impossible to fall asleep before 6 am. *********** downstairs they laugh very loudly, cars with very loud music drive until 6 am ;))
Of the advantages, there is a very good cafe downstairs)

They gave me a room worse than in the photo. 4th floor, no elevator. They helped me lift my luggage, I lowered it myself.
The cleaning is good. The location is nice. It's okay to stay. The water is hot only in sunny weather.
