It is located in a busy place near the night market, 7/11, the beach is nearby. The hotel is not big, I book a deluxe room with a balcony, I like everything very much. Many thanks to the staff, very attentive and responsive ❤️

Great hotel for the money!
- I'll start with a BIG minus (but in fact it's not the hotel's fault), because of which I had to change the place:
Lack of parking as such. If you left somewhere in the morning, then after 11 you won't be able to park near the hotel, only behind the building, where they will move your bike back and forth or even force you to do so. I had to constantly check and repark.
+ Pros:
1. Cleaning EVERY day (even though it's not needed), there's nothing like that even in Bangkok! They always leave water and toilet paper (why do I need so much=) )?
2. Convenient location, close to the beach, shops, cafes, currency exchange offices, ATMs, fruit market. You can't hear the night market itself, the ***** neighbors in white shirts are much louder and more annoying.
3. The staff will always help, tell you everything.
4. There is a small pool upstairs (I didn’t use it myself).
