As we arrived into Davina Beach homes we realized that the reception is 24/7 and the security is incredibly great as we was staying for 28 days. We was shown to our room. It was extremely clean and very spacious, looks exactly like the pictures, very modern with a great king size bed! We had a lovely balcony and plunge pool which was cleaned every couple of days as well as the rest of the apartment on request. We stayed on the first floor, one up from the reception. I highly recommend staying in a top apartment because THE VIEW IS INSANELY BEAUTIFUL. I also highly recommend mosquito spray as you will get bit at night time as all of the insects come into the communal areas where the lights are, or if it rains they seek shelter (there are 100’s of them) You may also get a lizard in your room but they are completely harmless and tend to run away quickly. There are shops 2 minute walk including a pharmacy, **** store, clothes shop and a 7/11. They have lots of little bars and stools where you can buy juice/coffee or any little snacks at a good cheap price. If you are in need of a snack you can use GRAB app (basically a JustEat) There is a beautiful beach called Ao Yon beach 5 minute walks from the shops where they have beach bars and boat trips etc. This beach is beautiful and great for a swim. The beach is at the bottom of the apartments as well as the pool. I loved going into the pool at night time as it is cooler. On the beach there are 100’s of sand bubbler crabs and they mainly come out at night time, they are beautiful. The sea on this beach is around 29 degrees. Be careful as you walk into the sea bed there are rocks and dead coral (I did cut my foot) Overall we loved our stay and the communication with the manager is spot on. You can also request taxis from the reception which makes life a lot easier.
