Dear Management Team of Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of Ms. ***** ***********, your Assistant Front Office Manager, during my recent stay at your resort.
Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. *********** was marked by unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Specifically, she provided inaccurate information about the resort’s parking arrangements and responded with hostility when I requested a formal acknowledgment of her earlier statement. Shockingly, she even went so far as to threaten to call the police, which I found both inappropriate and deeply unsettling as a guest.
I have been a loyal guest of Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort, having stayed here on four previous occasions. Regrettably, due to this recent experience, I do not plan to return, and I would currently advise others against visiting the resort if this level of guest service and management oversight persists.
If mine is the only complaint involving Ms. ***********, I understand it may be viewed as an isolated incident. However, if other guests have expressed similar concerns, I strongly urge the management to treat this as a broader issue requiring immediate attention.
