I booked this hotel as a transitional hotel. The environment and facilities are very average. The location is not bad. There are many shops nearby and it is close to the business center.

I’ve been to phuket before, I chose this hotel for its price and location but ended up staying an extra week. Rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful, and the rooftop pool was a plus. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and clubs.

The room was very nice and spacious but most importantly the staff were excellent l. I definitely recommend if you are staying in the Patong area . There are many amenities around so you aren’t stuck for places to eat. The beach is also very close by.

Good stay
Front desk was awesome. Super polite and helpful.
Great location and cost.
Cleaners didn't clean my room once or provide new towels,etc. during my entire stay.
Would still consider staying again but will communicate better about that with the front desk on a longer stay if it happens again.
