Hotel to avoid. Booked via Trip.com at an attractive rate of €16 compared to the usual price, but the experience was disastrous. I stayed in the ** room, a real nightmare: instead of a mattress, a simple mattress topper 2 cm thick, as much as a board.
The showers are directly in the toilets, making them impossible to use after someone who has just washed. Toilet paper is stored in the corridor.
As for the reception, it is non-existent: the staff is unpleasant, even outside the establishment. I have the impression that the management does not care about the opinions or the comfort of the customers. Some rooms seem much better, probably reserved for those who pay more.

Shabby and partially broken. I had the bathroom door handle in my hand after closing it. The bathroom is under water for hours after showering, so you have to put on bathing shoes to go to the toilet. The building is in dire need of renovation. 6 floors and no elevator. No one offered to help me carry my luggage up. The only good thing was the view of the city. I wouldn't come back and am glad I only booked one night. I paid around €46 for the night. I would recommend not spending more than €15 for this hotel room.

This is the perfect place in old town phuket. Near from 7/11, nesr from limelight mall, also near from old town phuket walking street. Incredible staff and the cheapest hostel I found on this app. 🙌 the most important is I met new friends here! 💖
