Receptionist kanchana was not helpful at all. We paid for 3 people in the room but didn’t provide us with extra bed. We woke up at 4am in the morning because of the other noisy guest brought ********** in there room and was very loud. Rooms are not sound proof.

فندق غير جيد ولا يوجد اي اهتمام بالعميل وخاصه الاستقبال وخاصه النساء انهم يعاملونك معامله سيئه جدا لابد من اخذ اجراء صارم لهم اما النظافه حدث ولا حرج لا يهتمون بنظافه الشقه الاصنصير متهالك جدا فندق لابد من اداره بيست ويستن اخذ الاجراء لازم فيه وسوف ارفع شكوى واقتراحاتي في جميع مواقع التواصل الفندق فيه كميه جاليه هنديه غير منضمه وسببت ازعاج في الفندق في فتره الصباح وفي فتره المغرب والاداره تريد كسب المال فقط لابد من تغيير جذري للفندق انا مسافر وسكنت في ١٦ فندق في بوكت هذا الاسوء على الاطلاق

Nice hotel, but very noises from the main road ecen i stay in the fifth floor , overall nice staff in the front and housekeeping very friendly ,I would recommend this place .

The location is good, room service need to be improved, the rooms aren t sound proof, you can hear every single move that happens outside ypur room, toothbrush and combs need to be added to amenities but in general it s good

The location is easy to find. Patong Night Market is right outside. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is close to the road, so the room is not noisy.
Service: Will help with luggage, the front desk is also very friendly.
