A good hotel, with a great location in Phuket Town, very convenient to walk along these colorful streets. We did not take breakfast, ate outside the hotel. Staying for a couple of days is very good. Not far from the hotel we took a bike to move around the island.

Great location just on the edge of the main road in Old Town. Room is spacious however the service was a bit of a let down. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room daily and we finished it on the first day of checking in as it was a hot day. Called reception for more water on the first night and they asked me to walk over to the 7-11 nearby although I was already in my pyjamas ready for bed. Would expect hotel to provide water when required therefore service is poor.

The appearance is not very impressive, but it is really good inside. No wonder it has a score of 4.5!
I was really nervous before checking in because the price was low and the pictures on the Internet were not very impressive. I was surprised after checking in! It was unexpectedly good.
The only two shortcomings are:
1 There is no toothbrush, you need to bring your own

It’s super clean, and the housekeeping team did an honest job with daily cleaning. I truly appreciate the time they took to clean the room carefully. The location is amazing—across from the hotel, there’s a self-laundromat, and a small mall is just a few minutes' walk away. There’s an amazing Peranakan restaurant (Raya) within walking distance that you should try. You may also get a 50% discount for the hotel spa.
