This hotel is generally good, but the Wi-Fi is really poor and needs to be improved. There is no signal at all in the room. In addition, the equipment is not enough. There is no plug available to charge your phone if you want. This can be improved. The breakfast is also quite average, not too rich in food.

The front desk staff can speak a little Chinese, so check-in was smooth. They helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The room was quite big, very quiet in the morning, and I slept very well. The minibar had free Coke, Sprite, and Fanta, which were provided every day. The swimming pool was also very clean. I went there every day. I also experienced the spa, which was really comfortable. I will stay here again next time. There is a restaurant at the door that doesn't look very good, but the service is very good, and it is also delicious and cheap. The mango sticky rice they sent is better than the one called Fugui on the road!

The location is just perfect. Two steps away from the parties and events, but located so that the noise was not heard at all. Very friendly and caring staff, delicious breakfasts, cozy rooms. We are very happy that we got to this hotel. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back here again!

Resort at a good location in Patong. Walking distance to the beach, and shops and restaurants a short walk away. Nice to chill by the pool. They should however, invest in softer beds. This led to my back muscles becoming tight and requiring a massage. Avoid the massage services at the resort as they are over priced, and one can get better massages elsewhere. With exception of the hard beds and massage services, everything else was terrific.
