Everything was great, friendly and smiling. Water issues are already widespread on the island, so take precautions when you come.

The room type was wrong! I was given a king-size bed room with bunk beds! I was too lazy to argue! The tap water was yellow! The road in front of the hotel was extremely dangerous! You have to cross two stinky ditches to get to the edge of the beach! The air conditioner broke during the day for two of the four nights we stayed! You can imagine the weather in Phuket! We asked for cleaning. We went out for a day and came back at six o'clock to take a shower and rest. They knocked on the door and asked for cleaning. What a fool! The facilities are old, not just old, the floor in the room is sticky! Oh, and the worst thing is that they finally cleaned it once after five days and four nights. They didn't even provide toilet paper! It's really disgusting. You can handle it yourself.

First of all, the rooms for Chinese people are all located on the roadside, which is very noisy. The hotel facilities are old and outdated, and the price is not worth it.

Clean room, good service

The family of three went to Phuket for the first time. Mid-July is the off-season and the rainy season. We didn't want too many people and planned to go island hopping. We decided to go to the relatively quiet Karon Beach. After comparison, we chose Karon Holiday Inn. Since there were not many reviews, we were a little worried. It turned out to be quite satisfactory 😁 The hotel is relatively new and has everything it should have. There are indeed not many Chinese people. The three swimming pools are of different depths. There are also children's activities. The staff are all smiling. Breakfast is mainly Western style. Chinese stomachs can eat noodles, buns, fruits and a small amount of hot dishes. Phuket's rainy season rains from time to time, and there are heavy rains, but it will be sunny again in a blink of an eye. I stayed for four days and only felt that the rain affected my trip on one day; but there are few people in the off-season, the scenery is beautiful, the hotel is cheap, and there is no queue for eating, going out to sea, shopping and massage. I am very satisfied with this. This time we booked a room with a massage pool. The room is on the first floor. The air conditioner is on for dehumidification almost 24 hours a day. It doesn't feel damp and uncomfortable, but it's not easy to dry clothes. We brought a mini dryer to deal with underwear, and the outer clothes can be washed and dried in the laundry room a few hundred meters away. In addition, it seems that the water quality of most hotels in Phuket is not good. I bought a filter nozzle from China and brought it with me. The filter element quickly turned black, haha, it is recommended to change a filter element every day. In short, the hotel is very good. Karon Beach is across the street, and 711 and the food street are a few hundred meters away. I can stay here next time I come 😁
