Toilet is not clean ! Lot of tissue stick on the toilet seat and reported to service desk but staff came to fix it after 45 mins!

The hotel is in a great location and the swimming pool is large enough. A family can use the sofa bed on the upper floor. There is a 711 across the street and it is convenient. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Jiangxileng.

The hotel is generally good, and the service is in line with the standards of a star-rated hotel, although not particularly enthusiastic. It is very clean. At night, I saw staff using a special swimming pool cleaning machine to clean the bottom of the pool. There are also childcare activities.

The overall price is around 500 yuan, which is comparable to domestic prices. I stayed in a pool room for 5 days and it was just average. The facilities aren't new, and the only staff who spoke decent English were the front desk staff, not even Chinese. The gym closes at 9:00 PM, which doesn't fit in with the Thai nightlife. Overall, there weren't any major issues, and nothing particularly outstanding.

This stay was truly amazing! I absolutely give this hotel a thumbs up!
There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around a breeze. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, and even provided helpful tips for nearby attractions.
The room was more spacious and clean than I expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I fell asleep instantly! The bathroom had a nice dry/wet area, plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The view from the window was also lovely; just opening the curtains in the morning lifted my mood.
The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, especially the breakfast stand, where the staff were incredibly friendly. The front desk even gave me a small gift upon check-out—such a heartwarming touch!
