Everything is great, first line, location, except for evening time. Lots of traffic and very noisy until late at night. It will be difficult to sleep in the evening until 1 am because of the road noise, music from tuk-tuks and bars. It didn't upset me much, since I didn't go to bed early.

The hotel location is not good. You have to go to the restaurant and then go up to the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. It is suitable for one person and does not think about the service much. That is, you come to sleep and go out.

Just infront the Patong Beach. Near with the Bangla Road but still need rent a bike to round the beach. Quick far if walking. Hotel not provide the parking space. If you bring big bike, need park at the beach area and if bring car, just part at the parking at the beach also if available. Hotel no evelator and need to using staircase to the level 2 and 3. Receptionies very helpfull and very nice person.

Great location. Was a bit noisy Friday night but the rest of my 3 days there were nice. On the beach and close to everything.
