I have already left a review about the first 3 days of stay, I will not duplicate, but I will add that when checking out - we forgot a beach umbrella, alcohol, medicine. None of the staff even said anything, and when we remembered, we were no longer in the country. The maximum lack of service from the staff, they apparently call on the street and without training, check the room and pretend that everything is ok, and take the forgotten things for themselves, do not remind the guests when checking out.
By the way, check-in is exactly from 15:00, they do not check in earlier, apparently on principle (a couple of hours earlier), waiting in a stuffy reception, where there are no air conditioners, there is also no storage space for things.
The restaurant, which is located nearby, is also open and without air conditioning, so until 3 o'clock in the hottest time you will sit in the stuffiness and wait to get into the room under the air conditioning. By the way, the food there is not for everyone, the prices are not small, and the quality is poor, especially dishes related to deep frying.
