The hotel is run by Chinese people. From the moment I booked the hotel, I added the manager's WeChat, and he has been very enthusiastic to answer my questions. After the Wang Xing incident, the flight of my friend who was traveling with me was cancelled and he was forced to withdraw a room. Although the free check-out time had passed, the manager was still willing to help negotiate and successfully refunded one room fee. On the first day of check-in, the front desk staff and a Chinese brother and sister were very attentive. They helped me go out to buy swimming trunks at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. Later, I wanted to charter a car for a free trip. The travel agency's fake price was too expensive. I didn't know how to choose the attractions. A Burmese guy who could speak Chinese helped me find a driver. During the few days of stay, they basically replied to messages in seconds.
The hotel is very new and has a small swimming pool, which is enough for several children to play. The breakfast is great because there is a Chinese chef who is very talkative. The overall experience is great and recommended. The parent-child room is highly recommended for families. It has two bedrooms and one living room, and it also comes with a sofa. We slept 6 people.
