Great hotel, very cozy. The pool is beautiful and room is amazing. Breakfast ist just ok, not recommend it. No table on the balcony, no plates, no wine glasses, no forks. Towels and bed are very clean and new.

The accommodation was okay, but my experience could have been better. When I arrived, I was told my room was ready, but as I was being led there, housekeeping was still cleaning it. They ended up giving me a different room and tried to convince me that the view was the same—which it clearly wasn’t. I didn’t make a big deal out of it at first, but things went downhill when I ordered room service at 19:35 along with a massage. I received the bottle of water I requested, but my food never came nor did the massage which they falsely changed on the system to “received”. When I followed up, I was told the kitchen stops taking orders at 20:30. I pointed out that the app would show I had placed my order well before then, but instead of explaining what went wrong, the receptionist just stood there while someone next to her told her to blame it on a “faulty app.” No real accountability, no solution—I was left to figure it out myself. I received no explanation for the massage. I would give feedback on the restaurant service but the delay exhausted me. The food is good though I will say that. For a place that looks promising, the service definitely needs improvement.

In the airport area, but still not easily walkable to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place, great food, and wonderful staff. Gym and pool are wonderful.

The hotel is quite good, but the location is a little remote and a little far from the beach. However, there is a 711 next to the hotel, and there is a shuttle bus to Naiyang Naithon Beach every day, which is convenient. In fact, it is enough to book a room with direct access to the swimming pool. The room with a jacuzzi feels the same and is a bit more expensive. You can see the roadside scenery outside, which is not very beautiful.

I stayed for a week in a hotel in a room with access to the pool. Cleaning is poor, you have to wash the cups yourself before using them. The hotel is very small. The room, the pool and the place to have breakfast that's all. I missed cozy places in the open air, but it was not critical. Breakfast from early morning until 10 am. Always eggs in different preparations, vegetables for salad, sausages, bacon, some Thai food, tea, a coffee machine are available. There are pastries, but I liked only the classic croissant. The location is convenient for those who have their own transport or like to use taxis. You can see several beaches at once. Very close to 7/11, a pharmacy, a small fruit shop. You can always buy mango, pineapples, passion fruit and vegetables. I found several excellent cafes within walking distance of 7-20 minutes from the hotel. Very close to the hotel there is a yellow cafe. Very nice hostess, you can rent a bike from her. The room is small but cozy. I missed hooks in the bathroom and a place to dry wet clothes. There is also no knife, plates. If you want to eat fruit on the terrace in the evening, you need to buy disposable tableware. There are no sun loungers in the room with access to the pool. You can sunbathe on the common sun loungers, but there are 3 of them for everyone. Even rooms are always in the shade. Odd rooms face the east side, the sun is in the morning. The hotel itself is in a quiet place, quiet and birds are singing. It took 25 minutes to get to the beach. In the morning before 9 o'clock it is pleasant, and returning at 13 is quite difficult in the heat. This hotel is suitable for those who are going to travel a lot outside the hotel. For those who wanted to relax only in the hotel, it is not suitable. It takes 1-2 hours by taxi to get to the sights of the island. It is better to choose another hotel to explore the southern part of the island. And if you are interested in seeing the northern part. An excellent option.

Although it is not a gorgeous style, it is full of holiday style and very photogenic. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, they checked us in at 2 pm, and upgraded our room to a villa for free. We had booked a standard room with access to the pool. The villa is large and comfortable. In addition to a king-size bed, there is also a bunk bed for children with full-length mattresses, so if you are with children, even teenagers will be comfortable. The room is new, the renovation is good. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace, two sun loungers, and access to the pool. There is enough lighting both in the room and on the terrace, but the only thing that is inconvenient is that there is no table on the terrace. They put everything on the floor, which, by the way, was dirty and had never been wiped. We asked 3 times to bring a small table (in standard rooms they are on the balconies). At first they promised to bring one, and the third time they said they did not have any). The soundproofing is poor, you can hear your neighbors on the sides. The robes are good, there are no soft slippers, only flip-flops. There is a large and thick mat in the bag. A big plus - you can swim in the pool until late at night, you can smoke on the terrace and balconies, they bring an ashtray upon request. Breakfasts are not bad, but they refill slowly, at the egg station and at the soup station there is one employee, a queue. The coffee is delicious. The shuttle seems to be good, but it does not cope with the number of vacationers, you can wait for it and not fit) we mainly went by taxi, not close, there is no point in walking, it cost 240 baht one way. At the exit of the hotel there is a pharmacy, 7/11, one cafe. Overall, I give the hotel a solid four, it turned out to be better than we thought, definitely worth the money.
