A great option for a small budget
The hotel is on the 2nd line, 7 minutes walk to the beach, though this beach, it is better to walk along the beach to the north, the water is clean there, another 10 minutes.
The hotel itself is quiet, there are no bars nearby with loud music, you can sleep Great.
