酒店房間無可挑剔，在布吉𥚃最舒服放鬆的幾天～房裏的私人小泳池泡泡水也不錯～沙灘雖然不能游水，但可以看到美美的日落，沙灘隔壁還有泰式按摩，便宜又舒服～酒店距離機場很近，安排在最後幾天入住，方便去機場

This was my fourth time booking at the Renaissance, but it will also be my last. Here are the reasons:
1. During breakfast, a rat was running around the restaurant. You read that right, a rat was running around. It landed right at my feet, which scared me terribly. It felt like rats were completely unafraid of people. Seeing my awkward situation, the waiter didn't immediately rush over to chase the rat away. Instead, he slowly walked over to see my husband chasing the rat away, and finally asked if I needed a different table. "There's a rat in the restaurant. You didn't catch it, and you asked me to change tables?" You can imagine how awful the restaurant's hygiene is!!!
2. We had a late flight that night, and wanted to check out until 2:00 PM. I said "OK," but then they told me the power would be off at 12:30 PM and I had to pay for electricity. That's ridiculous. Why should they just say I had to pay?
3. The hotel costs over 1,000 yuan a night even in the off-season, but neither the breakfast nor the pool facilities are worth the price. The breakfast options are extremely limited! The breakfast items were also incredibly confusingly arranged. It was the first time I'd seen cereal and nuts placed next to the milk instead of next to the waffles—another absurdity.
This is such a terrible experience, so please avoid it! But if you enjoy having a mouse at your feet while you eat breakfast, definitely give it a try.
