This place is okay for the price, I believe there’s a washer comes with every unit which saves time going to the laundromat.
Location: best if you have your own transportation. Although the Laguna neighborhood is quite walking-friendly. The nearest convenience store is about at least 10 mins walk, you’re going to need a ride to practically everywhere.

Very nice pool on top, slightly out of the way of the busy spots so it is very peaceful, you can see a lot of construction around phuket these days

The water in the shower did not drain at all, there was a puddle all the time. It was impossible to sleep, the bed creaked so much that you woke up 20 times a night, we wrote to the owner. While we were not in the room, some guy came and put cardboard in the cracks of the bed, accordingly, this did not add any result. It's good that we rented for 5 days, ran away and crossed ourselves!
