It takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Rawai Beach, and it is very fast to ride a bicycle (if you are not afraid of the heat). It is also very convenient to take a taxi from the seafood market in 10 minutes. We also booked a BBQ. It costs 500 beads to use only the grill, and there is a set meal with seafood that seems to start at 1200 beads. We bought vegetables, meat, and seasonings at the supermarket, and then bought seafood from the seafood market. We cooked it ourselves, which was so cool. There is no need to worry about hygiene. The day before yesterday, you will be asked every day if you need to disturb the hygiene and what time you can go. And the water quality is completely fine. I was worried about buying a filtered shower before I went there. After staying for 5 nights, the shower filter was still white. Each villa should have a pre-filter, so you can save money on the filtered shower. The environment is also very good. When cleaning every day, the flowers and plants in the yard will be trimmed.
