I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hospitality was second to none. Clean and quiet.
A great place to relax with a drink by the pool.
Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.

Everything was excellent! The only downside was that I couldn't get through to the front desk when I needed a quilt, so I made do with what I had. There was a guy who spoke Chinese, but I didn't use it. English was the main language.

Absolutely amazing! This was the perfect resort hotel that impressed me the most! It's newly opened, and the location is a plus, with convenient dining and shopping options all within walking distance. The hotel's sanitation was excellent, especially the clean pool. 🥳 The staff were friendly and helpful. Added to my favorites and will definitely come back!

According to the front desk, this is a historic hotel located in Patong Beach, Phuket's most popular beach area. It underwent a complete renovation this year and has become part of the Accor group.
The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, a 7-11 and a Tops supermarket within a 2-3 minute walk, and numerous food stalls are nearby.
Because it's newly renovated, the room was clean and comfortable, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. My daughter loved the hand-drawn sketch on the bathroom mirror and the welcome elephant on the bed.
The breakfast buffet had everything you need, much of it freshly prepared, fresh, and delicious.
The overall service was attentive and helpful, and the staff was always responsive to any questions. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, I'd stay here again.

And we must not forget the buffet led by the wonderful chef Muhannad, from the beloved nationality in all our hearts 🇵🇸 The beloved chef is experienced and his hands are sweet, God willing, as he added wonderful Arabic dishes to the buffet and all the food is halal. The chef is clever and an artist, remember him well, Chef (Muhannad).
And we must not forget (Fang), a wonderful employee in every sense of the word, helpful and helps others, and all the beneficiaries are wonderful, they are the title of this wonderful hotel 💐👑
