A good hotel, with a great location, beautiful, well-kept territory, there is breakfast, buffet.
We took a room with a balcony on the second floor, a view of the garden. Not bad, but I recommend a house with its own terrace 😌

The resort is located 10min walk from the beach area. If you dont want the beach, it has its own pool. I stayed in one of the budget rooms as a solo traveler. Cleanliness is okay- the only comment i would have is the presence of mosquitos. I just bought my own spray from the 7eleve right accross the resort. The surrounding area is quiet. Staff are very polite. The guy at breakfast is very attentive to your needs. I would come back to this resort.

We liked everything. It won't suit those who are used to the first line, you'll have to walk to the beach. We never got to Kata Noi, it's far. But the area is well-kept. My husband and I liked it. The street is quiet, there are no crowds of people. The staff is responsive. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a cool coffee machine, but this is for my husband, I don't drink coffee. We were lucky with the vacationers, there were no rowdy or noisy ones.

I stayed in a twin deluxe room. The room was big enough, with a balcony and buffet breakfast. The location was good. There was a 711 2 minutes away. It was a decent stay. The hygiene was acceptable, but the facilities were a bit old. The only really bad thing was!! I swatted nearly 20 mosquitoes on the first day of stay. It was really disgusting.
