I really want the area near the pool to be made more comfortable, the pool is not completely tiled,
From time to time, bottles from night partygoers are lying around; in the morning the cleaners may not remove them for a long time, sometimes they lay empty for 2 days. Well, the visitors here are mostly very noisy! But this is not a complaint against the hotel, of course)

Just checked in room was so basic toilet you could sit on and shower so small safe was locked couldnt use one tv channel ok but picure was fussy swimming pool looked dirty checked out didnt see anyone so left key on desk all in all would be worth £20 not the £36 i paid but ha ho its thailand wont be going that hotel again

The place is clean and well located. The room was not clean every day so I had to ask twice and they did clean it or brought toilet paper. Otherwise, everythign else was good.

Cozy Residence Nanai is a good budget price option in Patong. An older residence, the rooms are in reasonably good condition, clean, bright, spacious and quite roomy. Plenty of cupboard space, the bed was very comfortable and AC and WIFI worked very well. Small fridge, kettle, safety deposit box and TV (although no channels were available). Shower pressure was very good and always plenty of hot water. The walls are a little this so you can hear neighbours easily if they are loud. Small swimming pool on site and the staff here are friendly and helpful. Location is some way away from the beach, Bangla Road and Jungceylon but plenty of transport available. Lots of bars, massage shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Would I stay here again, yes.

Bei meiner angelegenheit würde mir sofort geholfen ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen .ist zwar etwas weit vom strand aber für mich gerade richtig ich möchte mich im urlaub ja auch ein bischen bewegen und nicht aus dem Bett fallen und am strand liegen
