Very disappointed, hotel undergoing renovations, very noisy, room changed three times, cockroaches, cold water, hot water never the right temperature, horrible bedding, very very noisy, horrible experience

Cool hotel, we visited several during our vacation, even 5 stars, this one turned out to be better than 5))) the room is clean, the pool and views are gorgeous, there was no damp smell in the room, the noise from the road did not interfere with sleep, the bed is a bit hard but the AC was ok, cleaning is good, location on the 3rd street if you go straight to the beach 10-15 minutes, the market is nearby where we ate!! And most importantly, thanks to the staff!!! We arrived at 11 tired thinking that we would have to walk somewhere else, but they checked us in!😍

The service was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It was quite hot between the elevator and the room, meaning there was no air conditioning, but that didn't bother me. Very good food and a nice pool.
