Good location. Quiet from the street. On the 4th floor there is noise from the water pump on the roof. On the first floor there is a microwave, rice cooker. There is never anyone at the reception, you have to wait a long time for an employee, who, as a rule, is resting in his room. The room is clean. TV with Russian and English channels. I recommend.
