We booked a room in Langkawi, Malaysia at around 6am, but for some reason it showed that we could only stay until 12pm, so we couldn't get there. We couldn't get a refund even after asking the customer service, so we had to place another order. We first took a boat from Langkawi to Satun, Thailand, but there were no direct buses to here, so we had to go to Hat Yai. We arrived at the store at around 2am the next day, but couldn't get in. We made several phone calls before they opened the door. The receptionist was a young Chinese, and he wasn't as welcoming as we'd imagined.
