1. The bathroom had very bad smell.
2. The key card was not working properly and we have to keep going up and down.
3. We booked room including breakfast but the hotel serve our breakfast was only egg, bread, croissants,butter and coffee. It’s was very disappointing on the breakfast part as we paid very expensive.
4. The front desk staff does not understand English as guest requirement.

Don't order their breakfast, it's very shabby. I suggest you walk three minutes north to find the refuel health cafe, which is nice and delicious. The location of the hotel is OK, surrounded by a lot of 711s, and it's very convenient to walk five minutes west to Malin Night Market. You can reach Banzaan Seafood and Patong Night Market area within half an hour along the coastline or walk north, which is very lively.
