Booked two rooms. One room door wouldn't open. Went to the front desk three times before a maintenance person came slowly.

There is a 7-11 convenience store across the street from the hotel, a Korean restaurant, and a 10-minute walk to Jeongseollon. The hotel room has lizards and low water pressure. Location is superb, close to everything, price is descent. Overall, it was a nice stay in Palmyra Patong Resort Phuket.

I have stayed at this resort a few times now. It is very convenient located just away from the busy part of Patong but within walking distance to everything. The rooms are very large and clean with daily room service. Plenty of car parking space. It was nice to be greeted with a friendly smile by staff who recognised me from previous visits. The breakfast buffet was good with wide selection of food. Look forward to staying there again on my next stay.
