If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is definitely not for you. It is located almost directly in the party center. It is very loud all around. As the windows in our room were not really airtight, you could hear music until late at night. I had trouble falling asleep. Breakfast is not varied and rather monotonous and is located about 200 meters away in the sister hotel. You have to pay a deposit of 1000 Baht for the room. When you leave, the room is checked for damage and only then is the deposit refunded.

Frankly awful service. We tried to cancel before arrival with plenty of time as we only just booked it. We told them we wanted to change the date but they were greedy and denied the refund forcing us to change plans and stay on those dates instead. Cost us a bunch of money because of how careless they are about our situation. This isn't even 1 star experience or customer service.
