The Few Positives:
1. Stunning Sea View – The room offered a beautiful view of the ocean.
2. Efficient Airport Shuttle – The shuttle service was punctual and hassle-free.
3. Prime Location – Conveniently within walking distance of the night market.
4. Exceptional Poolside Staff – One staff member went above and beyond, quickly securing my personal belongings when heavy rain suddenly started.
Major Letdowns:
1. Poor Dining Experience – The BBQ buffet was underwhelming, with unappetizing presentation despite the fair price. Not worth it.
2. Disappointing Breakfast – Limited, low-quality options with bland flavors. Service was lacking: no staff guidance for seating, forcing guests to scramble for tables. Empty food trays were left unfilled for extended periods, leaving guests waiting.
3. Cold & Unwelcoming Service – From check-in to room service, the staff lacked warmth — far below the standard expected of a top-tier hotel.
4. Tiny, Uninspiring Pool – The swimming pool was disappointingly small.
5. Hygiene Concerns – The room was uncomfortably humid.

I visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. We will be back soon. R&B
The location of the hotel is first-class, convenient for visiting Yangdong Night Market and massage. The deluxe king room with river view is very good, spacious and comfortable. The air-conditioning is sufficient and the water power is strong. However, the bed sheets are stained and the shower head holder fails. The 2-bed room my parents lived in was very small in size. The air-conditioning was blowing directly on the bedside, making it difficult to sleep, and the water power was weak and unacceptable. The hotel asked us to pay extra money to change to another room the next day, which solved the problem.
Cosy hotel nestled within stone's throw from night market. Room, bedsheet and pillows are clean. Wifi offers seamless connection. Warm bath water great for full washdown after a busy day outdoor. About 20 mins from the airport by free Vinbus having bus stop 100m away from the hotel. Owner Hien's ability to speak english came in useful for non-Vietnamese speaker like me.
Great hotel to stay in and light on the bank account! 😉
Located in the center of Duong Dong town, close to the night market, with convenient transportation and close to many dining places (except for the night market, dining at the night market can reduce the number of people). The new hotel, the rooms are small, but the equipment is new, quite satisfactory, especially cheap.
Hotel New, everything is clean except towel(
We arrived in a non-season, so there were only ones, and no one was cleaned on the hotel territory. On the respiratory, a nice woman, but does not speak English at all, is inadequately mastering her own technique. Once closed the gate before we returned (only at 21:00) and went to bed. To call and shout, I had to climb 🤡
We bought a breakfast room, but on the spot we showed their voucher where it said breakfast was not provided. Probably the tripcoma wine. Later, the woman went to meet us and cooked eggs the next day. But we certainly waited for a small Swedish table as on the stated photos(
Location: There is a bunch of cafes nearby, near atm and stop. To the beach the road is not close at all. And on some highway. 20 minutes.
In the dark, the road to the hotel is frightening, without lighting and with a bunch of dogs.
Beach: Here we were in shock. Mountains of debris and wave-washed black foam((((
But, we met still Russian holidaymakers, they told us that it was in the same place in winter (in the season) and it was a beautiful clean beach that is cleaned daily. Apparently a lot depends on the season. Outside the season the tide and plus the beach aren't cleaned, as there's almost no one. But the tourists come and this situation is very strange.
In general, we went to another beach. There is a good Sonasea beach in a couple stops. In general, you can ride the island and pick up the beach. Free buses go.
