Hotels in Long Beach, Phu Quoc Island

Nice hotel with a good facilities and a great location across a night market. Ideal for a familiy holiday. The only negative aspect about our stay was the beach. The water was polluted, full of oil traces. But obviously this is not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was very good and fully replenished on time even during busy peak times.

What a nice hotel with spa, 2 swimming pools (1 inside on the 2d floor, 1 outside with a great sea view), bar and restaurant on the beach, motorbike rental (150k per 24 hours), wonderful staff always ready to help you. The room was more than perfect, a sea view with magnificent sunsets everyday, even while taking a bath (because it's in front of the huge window). The cosiest bed with soft pillows, big bathroom with two basins, a safety box, wardrobe, a coffee table, armchair, a fridge and a big mirror. Breakfast was good, with various dishes of different cuisines (eggs, noodles, spaghetti, soups, potatoes, meat of different kinds such as sausage, bacon, stew beef, chicken legs and wings, pastry, fruits, salads, coffee, tea, juice, yoghurt, bread). In the evening you can have dinner with various drinks in the bar-restaraunt on the beach(prices a little bit high, but the location is worth it). You can have dinner close to the hotel, as there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. You definitely must try smoked duck in NGOC QUI restaurant, if you towards main street, you should turn on the right. The staff is very friendly, they served welcome and farewell drinks, they helped us to get back to the airport for free with the comfy transfer van. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I have a chance to travel to Phu Quoc again. The only one thing we were disappointed with was the quantity of guests and their behavior. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach and swimming pool area for all the guests of a hotel, and they woke up early in the morning, put their towels on the sunbeds and went to do their morning things (get dressed, have breakfast, etc). That's not polite, because if someone comes to the beach, they can see occupied sunbeds with no people on them, that's not fair. Probably the manager of the hotel can figure it out and create an amazing idea how to solve this during high season 🌞 I wish you all the best and want to thank you for the best holiday!!!

One of the highlights of our visit was the beautiful beach. The soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters were perfect for sunbathing and swimming. We spent hours lounging under the palm trees, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the serene atmosphere. And let’s not forget the delicious food! The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the fresh seafood was particularly noteworthy. Dining with a view of the ocean made every meal feel special.

The room is clean and tidy, but i dont like the glass wall of the bathroom. If the TV has the built in Netflix, that would be fantastic Facilities Gym room is small, with limited equipment. But i guess it is fine, as not many people were there during my stay swimming pool and beach There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality. One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy. Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

Best hotel stayed in Phu Quoc! Room was super spacious with great view! There are a few restaurants around the resort - Sea Shack, Lava (Steak), Main Breakfast Room etc. The main dining area was very busy upon my visit for breakfast at 0800hrs and was directed to Sea Shack, love the view and chill vibe in this restaurant instead so it wasn’t an issue for me. Service was excellence, the team had your contact number for constant communication, and instant reply if you needed any help at all. The resort is not accessible to any shops nearby and all dining will be within the resort only. Love the exclusive private beach area!

We recently had a wonderful family vacation at the Pullman Hotel in Phu Quoc, and it was a delightful experience! The hotel is perfect for families, offering a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service that made our stay enjoyable. One of the standout features was the breakfast and dinner options. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices that catered to both adults and kids. The dinners were equally impressive, with a range of cuisines that satisfied everyone's taste buds. The dining experience was a highlight of our stay! The hotel staff provided good service, always attentive and ready to assist with any requests. Their friendliness made us feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure our family had a memorable stay. While our experience was fantastic, there is a little room for improvement in the hotel conditions. A few areas could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience, but this did not significantly detract from our enjoyment. Overall, I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel for families looking for a relaxing getaway in Phu Quoc. With great food, attentive service, and family-friendly amenities, it’s a wonderful choice for creating lasting memories!

I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach. The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

Had an excellent stay in Sol by Melia. Clean, great amenities and service. Its central location is great. It is a 15 mins drive from the airport. Sol provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. From here, it is convenient to head south to other resorts (~10 mins) and Sunset Town (~20 mins), and north to the main town (~20 mins) and Great World (~40 mins). It has different restaurants that open at different times of the day, up to 11PM. Pool is great, spa and gym are good. The swim-up bar was under renovation (until Nov’24) so I did not get to try it. Very satisfied with my stay and will return again.

The only issue is that the hot water supply for shower is limited by the small capacity of the water heater as explained by the hotel staff. If you opt for taking baths in the bathtub, the hot water supply can only fill up to 1/4 of the tub. Taking shower at the same time is not possible because the hit water supply is very limited. This should not happen in salinda.

I was impressed by the infinity pool when I arrived at the hotel. We have booked a ocean view room which faced the ocean with a great view, the room is spacious. The staff at reception counters and restaurant were polite and pleasant. Food at restaurants were good. However, all our good impression was ruined by the arrangement on airport transfer. I did booked the airport transfer for my return flight before this trip, and confirmed to have 4 people via email. Unluckily, they had made a wrong estimation on the number of people for airport transfer, the shuttle bus was overbooked. My husband need to sit on a wooden chair though the transfer time was 15 mins only. I was wonder that such kind of mistake was made by a famous & luxury hotel group.
