Location: Seems like an up and coming new township, with easy access to some restaurants, salons, massage parlour just across the street.
Breakfast is excellent, didn’t get bored on day 4.
This township feels like a huge gated residential by the sea with long inner roads, fantastic for outdoor runs - perfect for long runs.

Stayed at Pullman for 2 nights, booking two different room types. As there were very few Chinese guests and mostly Koreans during our visit, I'd like to share my personal experience.
1: The overall hotel service was excellent. Staff were always ready to assist with requests and greeted guests with smiles.
2: The breakfast deserves a special mention. Everyone in our group found it tastier than JW's, and while the variety wasn't as extensive, the flavors were definitely superior. It would have been great to have freshly cut mango every day – it was available on the first day but not the second. Similarly, pho was beef on the first day and chicken on the second; a bit more variety in the main dishes would be a welcome improvement.
3: Our high-floor sea view room had a noticeable musty smell upon entry, and the bed felt quite damp. Our entire family had to sleep in long-sleeved shirts and long pants, which made for an average night's sleep. Oddly, our other room, a ground-floor pool access room, had no smell and the bed wasn't damp at all. I really can't understand the difference.
4: Staff at the pool offered free inflation of swimming rings, and the environment was pleasant.
5: The beach environment was mediocre. There isn't much sandy beach left, and the waves were quite strong, making it unsuitable for children to play in the sea. It's more for looking at than playing in.
6: The gym was decent – a good option for a workout if it rains. The spa was just okay, not as good as traditional Thai massage. The kids' club, however, was excellent! It offered free drawing activities, cartoons, and even had its own private restroom.

1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town.
2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa.
3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean.
4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again!
5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND.

The resort is beautiful and the size is perfect, it is big but you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes which is great. The beach is clean. The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case)
One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected.
My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar trips to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened)
So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions.

Nice hotel with beautiful sea views. It’s close to the beach and there are lots of restaurants around the area. Buffet style breakfast with a variety fruits. There’s a snack bar in the room, beach towels and flip flops. The rooms are cleaned everyday. I was disappointed with their kettles which have rust and need a good acid detergent. I asked the gentleman at reception to change the one in my room and he brought me another rusty one.😢 Other than that, I had a lovely vacation.

The location is perfect, the house is clean. The staff are friendly and polite. It's a good place for a family. The only downside is that the kitchen doesn't have any utensils. The pool lights are a little dim at night.

1. The room looks like the advertised pictures. The space under and in the door frame when you close the door was quite large, which was very concerning for bugs to get into the room.
2. I really like the addition of the bathtub and that they provide you with bath salts. The shower is lovely and so are the provided shower, gels shampoo, and conditioner.
3. We got locked out on the balcony on the first night because the balcony door lock was really loose and when you close the door, it locked from the inside. We were outside for an hour screaming for help, and there was no security or staff on the grounds. Finally, our neighbor heard us and called the front desk and they finally got into the room and opened the door. They did change the locks the next day, but it did the very same thing.
4. Front desk called our room at 6AM on our last day, for the airport car when we had stated (and they had written it down ) that we wanted the car for 6PM.
5. The breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. Half the stuff seemed old and not very appropriate for breakfast.
6. Overall, it was not the worst stay in Phu quoc .. but I highly doubt I would stay again. There were too many preventable issues

Great value for money with a few downsides.
This beachfront hotel is a great place to relax. The breakfast is good, the pool area is excellent, and there’s live music in the late afternoon — perfect for unwinding. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and the front desk staff were generally very friendly.
That said, I had a negative experience with the restaurant, which took over an hour to serve a simple spring roll. I eventually had to cancel the order to avoid missing my flight. Also, while the gym looks well-equipped at first glance, many machines were broken.

Exceptional from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail had been carefully thought out, from the beautifully appointed room that had everything we could possibly need, to the thoughtful messages from Madame Vermont that added such a personal touch.
Little extras, like the charming pepper gift, made us feel truly valued. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant French colonial style, and the environment was wonderfully peaceful. The private beach, immaculate pool area, and lush gardens created a perfectly relaxing escape.
Dining at Pepper Restaurant was a highlight—the food was absolutely fantastic and beautifully presented. This trip exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!

Great
AAnonymous UserStayed in one of the privates, which looked good but smelled sewage all 3 nights. Also, had loud noises from the pool area. Unfortunately, they allow people to make noise by the pool at night. I told the reception about the smell from the toilet, but they didn't bother. Pretty sure they are aware of it, and its a known problem.
Hostel is nice to meet solo travelers, has a great bar and breakfast too. Location is central and walkable distance to anything you need. I checked out and moved to other accommodations nearby but hung out at the bar.
Unfortunately, the hostel allows a few club promoters to trick guests to go to a shitty club (Jungle) that's (usually) empty. Especially that balled and obnoxious ”Canadian” guy is who looks like mix of a drug addict and bum should be banned from the facilities. It's a scam, don't go there.

GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. All hotel facilities are well-maintained. Its convenient location is a major plus, and they also provide useful services like motorcycle rentals and speedboat island hopping, which really helps guests sort out their travel arrangements. I highly recommend this hotel. A special thank you to the front desk and all the service staff!

Mm i aThe host is very kind, and I saw in the hotel description that kitchen utensils were provided, but when I told them that it was not there, they made a mistake and prepared it well. The small, minimalist hotel has a cute swimming pool and a balcony in each room, and it is quiet, so it is the best place to relax while looking at the nature. The only problem is that the closet smells a bit. The location is very close to Long Beach, about a 10-15 minute walk. Personally, I recommend the versailles bach club bar. It is located right in front of the beach, and it is recommended to have a cocktail with a senior or sitting on a cushion. The Vietnamese manager is very friendly.

매매력쟁이ChrisThe location is good in the middle.
Hotel facilities and cleanliness are really .. ha .. I don't want to go again ..
I had time to leave the country, so I took it to make the children rest, but first of all, I had to climb the hill from the reception to the room.
Ironically, the boss is so friendly 😭😭

VVICTORIIAHotel New, everything is clean except towel(
We arrived in a non-season, so there were only ones, and no one was cleaned on the hotel territory. On the respiratory, a nice woman, but does not speak English at all, is inadequately mastering her own technique. Once closed the gate before we returned (only at 21:00) and went to bed. To call and shout, I had to climb 🤡
We bought a breakfast room, but on the spot we showed their voucher where it said breakfast was not provided. Probably the tripcoma wine. Later, the woman went to meet us and cooked eggs the next day. But we certainly waited for a small Swedish table as on the stated photos(
Location: There is a bunch of cafes nearby, near atm and stop. To the beach the road is not close at all. And on some highway. 20 minutes.
In the dark, the road to the hotel is frightening, without lighting and with a bunch of dogs.
Beach: Here we were in shock. Mountains of debris and wave-washed black foam((((
But, we met still Russian holidaymakers, they told us that it was in the same place in winter (in the season) and it was a beautiful clean beach that is cleaned daily. Apparently a lot depends on the season. Outside the season the tide and plus the beach aren't cleaned, as there's almost no one. But the tourists come and this situation is very strange.
In general, we went to another beach. There is a good Sonasea beach in a couple stops. In general, you can ride the island and pick up the beach. Free buses go.
