Andochine Villas Resort & Spa Phu Quoc - All Villas with Private Pool

It's really the best value for money. All rooms are villa type. The beach is right in front. The restaurant where you can have breakfast is right in front. And it's close to the Sonasi night market, so they take you by buggy. They also pick you up. It was a resort with strong service spirit in many ways!!

The service can't keep up, the English language is blocked, and the cleaning level varies greatly every day. Only the front desk clerk can answer questions!

개인풀도 넓고 대체적으로 좋아요 위치가 조금 불편하기는 하고 건너편쪽에는 공사하고있는것도 같고 몇몇 숙소도 수리중인거 같더라고요 시끄럽지는 않고 개인적인 시간보내기에는 정말 훌륭합니다.. 조식도 이틀 내내 먹었는데 규모가 적은거에 비하면 비교적 괜찮아요! 근처에 소나시야시장이있는데 근거리라 버기카 호출하면 데려다 줍니다!

During this trip, I stayed in two hotels in Phu Quoc Island, Salinda and Andochine. Andochine is located in a remote area. The hotel shuttle bus can take you to a TR Mart for one-stop service for food, drink and shopping. We were the only one in the Thai restaurant that night. Visa and UnionPay could not be used. 😅 The most worth mentioning is the breakfast. The taste and variety are really a bit poor, which is the level of Atour in China. Inside the hotel, except for the independent swimming pool, everything else is very average. It can only be said to be four stars at most. There is only one clothes drying rack in the three-bedroom villa, which can only be said to be inconsiderate. The service is also slightly lacking. After cleaning on the first night, there was no bath towel. I had to wait for half a day to take a shower when I returned to the hotel at night. At 11:45 before checking out on the last day, the staff knocked on the door and asked if I had checked out? I booked a 12 o'clock airport drop-off. At 11:50, the front desk called again, saying that if I was late and missed the shuttle bus, I could only take a taxi or wait for the next airport drop-off. In fact, it was only our family going to the airport that day, and there was no so-called missed shuttle bus time. Overall, the service and attitude were relatively stiff. The rating of 4.7 is really high.

I looked at a few reviews and most of them were the same. Cons It's old. It's clean, but there are a lot of old places. The water pressure is weak. If you use water on the upper and lower floors, it's almost like only water comes out. The filter gets dirty quickly. I stayed at three places in Phu Quoc, including Andochine, and this place had the most dirty filters. A family of four took a shower once and it immediately turned brown. A front door? There's no one. It depends on which direction the place faces, but our place has a pool right at the entrance, so you can clearly see people passing by swimming. I saw a review that said someone saw Mr. Ba's body at the place, and we also found Mr. Ba's body after looking around. We told the person cleaning the pool and they cleaned it up. The biggest problem is that there are a lot of ants. There weren't any on the second floor, but there were too many on the first floor. Ants got all over the toothbrush. Pros Clean. It's old, but overall clean. The bedding was especially clean and comfortable. The room cleaning service was good. It's the same for any accommodation, but they clean it very well. It's almost like they put it back to the way it was when I first checked in. Kindness. There were some staff members who didn't speak English, but most of them were kind. The information was also kind. The location is good. You can walk around the Sonashi night market and go back and forth by buggy. If you call the buggy at the night market, they'll send it right away. The pool was clean and they pick up leaves and bugs every morning. But the smell of disinfectant is a bit strong. Since I had an overnight flight, I intentionally booked one more night and couldn't eat breakfast once, so I asked if they could replace the breakfast I couldn't eat with another meal (in the past, other accommodations asked me to tell them when I wanted to prepare it first), and they said they would look into it and contact me, but they didn't contact me, and they prepared a sandwich when I checked out. However, since I had already eaten dinner, I couldn't eat it and gave it to the reception. They were kind, but the details were a bit lacking, which was disappointing. Personally, the breakfast wasn't bad.
