Good location, great choices of buffet breakfast, sparkling clean, and good service. 5/5 If we come again in Phu Quoc, we will definitely stay at Brenta again. Loved this hotel!

The hotel staff are polite and courteous, the facilities and meals are also good. The hotel is close to the beach, just a three-minute walk away. I will stay there again if I have the chance. I recommend it~

I was very satisfied with the central Phu Quoc accommodation and it was easy to access. If you are looking for a cheap central accommodation, I highly recommend it. It is perfect for a special 0.5 night stay.

The hotel is great, convenient location 👍 there is no private beach and it is not very convenient to walk to it, but this did not bother us. The room has two balconies. The breakfasts are the most delicious on this island, and we have been here in 12 hotels! The hotel is clearly tired and needs updating, it just screams about it 😅 the bar on the roof and near the pool does not work 🤦🏼♀️ very much in vain) overall not a bad hotel! I recommend 👍

I checked out around 8:30 am on July 30, 2023. I already paid for the room through Trip.com, but the receptionist at this hotel tried to collect my money again. Showing the voucher that said I had already paid for my stay didn't help. So a lot of my precious time was wasted. This female employee was either intentionally trying to get more money or was incompetent, and I did not receive any apology for the time I wasted. It was very inconvenient because the Grab taxi was waiting.

Worst ever… + 1.Hotel dislocation very close to beach 2.Good Wi-Fi 3.Clean swimming pool - 1.Dirtiness all over the place 2.Unpleasent cleaning staf( They worked in the room during showering) 3.Very difficult to get closer to hotel with your baggage 4.Location is slum. Near by hotel is graveyard 5.Staf is kind, but don’t speak English. 6.After switching better room, we got it with the damage santechnick Conclusion-very uncomfortable, poor and dirty.
