In terms of location, it is indeed very close to the sea. It takes about 2 minutes to walk from the room to the beach, and you can see a beautiful sunset. However, for this location, you need to walk a long time from the main road to the hotel entrance, especially the small road leading to the hotel is bumpy and not friendly to people dragging suitcases. The garden environment is very good, with flowers and trees, wax apples and jackfruit trees, but the price paid is too many mosquitoes. The hygiene in the room is very poor, at the level of a farmhouse, the bath towels are very old and dirty, and the weird thing is the bedding. The quilt cover can be opened all around, and even every edge of the quilt can see the quilt core covered with yellow dirty marks. All the water and drinks seen in the room are charged, there is no free mineral water, you can only bring your own bottle to get purified water from the restaurant. The air conditioning in the room is not good, and the door gap is large, so mosquitoes will enter, and you must use a mosquito net when sleeping. There is no TV in the room. Because it is an outdoor open-air bathroom, there are ants in the bathroom. The tap water in the bathroom will obviously taste bitter when brushing your teeth and rinsing your mouth. The breakfast is not good, with very few varieties, and an additional breakfast for a child costs an extra $15. When booking, it should be a room with a queen size bed and a single bed. The front desk changed it to a room with only one bed on the pretext of upgrading, and an extra bed costs an extra $25. Because of the language problem, the Vietnamese English has a heavy accent, so I didn't want to argue, so I just slept for one night. The price is completely inconsistent with the room quality. I don't understand why there are so many good reviews. This is the worst hotel on this trip, avoid it!

The location view. The garden was good, but the room and bathroom were mosquito dens, so I had a hard time fighting the mosquito war, and there was no mosquito repellent or mosquito catching F killer, so I went to the mart and even if I used up one F Killer a day, they said they didn't support it. It's about Ral, and part of the ceiling in the bathroom is open, so it's a mosquito den. There are too many around the curtains. The breakfast is good, the garden is good, but I won't go there again. Bokeunbap at the beachside restaurant is very delicious ㅡ highly recommended.

Kamen um 21Uhr an, Rezeption spricht schlechtes englisch. Im Zummer angekommen es war abartig heiß und die Klima aus. Die Klima Vollgas auf 16° gestellt und kaum schlafen können weil diese den Raum kaum gekühlt bekommt.(In 10Tagen Aufenthalt steht diese immer auf 16° Vollgas und zum Schöafen auf 18°, normal haben wir 22/23° im Urlaub auf Minimum). Bettzeug musste gewechselt werden denn das war dreckig, das Mosquitonetz löchrig. Kaum Ablagen im Zimmer und ein lauter Kühlschrank. Zimmer an sich sieht abgewohnt aus und ungepflegt, Sauberkeit ist nicht so wichtig Staub und Sand wird nur grob gesäubert.in 10Tagen hatten wir 2Tage kein Warmwasser, die Klospülung läuft jedesmal beim Spülen aus(trotz Anmerkung passierte einfach nichts. Man bat uns einen 12€ Voucher fürs Restaurant 🤣 Frühstück:(Kostet10€ dafür Frechheit) Eierstation an der man gute 5manchmal10minuten warten soll. Gemüse Fehlanzeige, Rohkostsalat gibt es einen und einen immer wechselnden. Warmspeisen fehlen Beschilderungen. Suppe gibt es und 3/4Früchte zur Auswahl. Tee Kaffe und guten Saft. Das war’s aber schon und das für knapp 1.100€/10Tage. Es ist keine 3* niemals, wir hatten das schon anders in Asien bei weitaus besserem Niveau. Strand: sehr toller Abschnitt, schönes Wasser gute Liegen. Jedoch „Privatbeach“ naja, jeder dahergelaufene Bagpacker legt sich hin und niemand kontrolliert es.(Nach 2Mails und einem Persönlichen Gespräch mit dem Management wurde dies das einen halben Tag durchgesetzt. Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse wurde 2mal in der Zeit geleert, der kleine einzige Spiegel(30*40cm) im Bad wurde nie geputzt. Beim Zimmerservice immer die Türen offen und die Insekten kamen rein und es wurde warm. Einmal auch einfach die Balkontür nicht geschlossen, klar Safe jedoch liegen auch Klamotten herum und ein Handy war am Laden. Strandreinigung Fehlanzeige! Auch hier nach Rücksprache da es zwei Tage gewindet hat und es hier aussah wurde mal grob etwas entfernt das war’s dann aber auch. Die Sprachkenntnisse sind eine Katastrophe und die Damen beim Frühstück sind unfreundlich. Beachbarpreise gehen voll in Ordnung. Aber dadurch das niemand nichtmal in 10Tagen den Strand putzt ist alles voller Ameisen, ein Schläfchen am Starnd wird einfach nervig die Krabbeln überall herum.(Andere Abschnitte sind sauberer und haben keine Ameisen z.B. in der OCSEN Bar traumhaft. In Summe würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen für dieses Geld ist es maximal 2* und es hat soviel Potenzial, auch die Grünanlage toll jedoch sollte die auch mehr gepflegt werden.
