I really don't want to complain about this hotel. Don't book it. It's 538 per night. The room is very small, the toilet is also very small, the hairdryer is broken, the facilities are very old, the environment is very average, the breakfast variety is limited and the food is terrible. We stayed for two nights, and my friend smoked on the balcony! That's all! When we checked out today, they charged us a 150 RMB cleaning fee. It's really speechless. Everyone should be careful.

I booked a four-night stay for five days based on the high reviews, but the experience was not what I expected. The hotel is old and tucked away in a small alley. The entrance path is bumpy and puddles when it rains. A sincere hospitality provider should first smooth out the entrance path. Housekeeping was subpar. On our first night, the neighbor's tableware was left outside the door and still not collected after breakfast the next day. Cleaning times were irregular (probably to facilitate the maids; one day they rang the doorbell at 9 a.m. to request cleaning 🙄). The cleaning results were as follows: 1. Used towels were not removed, and the toothpaste foil cover had been left there for days without being cleaned. 3. See the attached photo for the sheets. 😞 4. The eco-friendly slippers provided were unusable; they were all oversized for foreigners. 5. Men's shaving blades were not available and had to be purchased after inquiry. 🤓 6. Guests are grouped into a few rooms for easier management, but for guests, it felt cramped. The large garden space seems out of place. 7. The provided bath towels were very hard (to be frank, they were old 🤣). The quality and ambiance of the breakfast were the most important aspects of the rating. The waiter greeted us with a smile, which made us feel treated with respect. The reception staff, however, were cold and indifferent. Overall, it felt like a disappointment.

If you like a quiet, natural and harmonious environment, this resort hotel is definitely the best choice. The hotel staff are also very warm and friendly. I will choose this place again next time I come.

The resort is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and the price is reasonable. Although it is not by the sea, the hotel is very green. It is recommended to stay on the first floor. When you leave, you will be given a pepper souvenir. It is not a bad idea.
