모기많다고 하는데 모기약있고 3박해도 물린적 없습니다
체크인시 그랩타고왔는데 엠빌리지 가달라니 트로피칼로 가서 다시 이동했습니다
짧은 거리지만 데려다 주셨어요
엠빌리지 숙소가 두곳이니 서로 번거롭지 않게 도착 전 꼭 확인필수!
조식도 맛있어요

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill fast.
First, I was shocked to find a snake in my room. Yes, an actual snake. That alone should’ve been enough to leave, but it didn’t end there. The room was infested with cockroaches, which made it impossible to relax or feel safe because I was awake midnight cause cockroaches crawl on my face! Too bad I can’t upload video here, the room is like cockroaches playground everywhere.
When I approached the staff about these serious issues, their customer service was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. There was no apology, no urgency, and definitely no offer to make things right. It felt like they didn’t care at all about guest safety or comfort.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. There are much better, safer options out there.
