For those who need a house by the sea and quiet. The price/quality is good. Bar on the terrace by the sea. I liked the view. You won't be able to swim here. The bottom is in rocks.

They are not friendly to Chinese people. Don't come, and don't rent their motorcycles. Others rent for 24 hours, but they rent for one day at night.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The location is about 100m from the road. There is a free bus stop at the door. The restaurant is very beautiful. You can eat by the sea and watch the sunset without crowds. But the bath water seems not to be hot enough.

We stayed in a bungalow, and overall, it was fine. However, the bungalows could definitely use some refreshing. This wasn’t the main issue, though. The biggest problem is the road leading to the hotel. There isn’t a single light along the way, which makes it genuinely dangerous—you could easily twist your ankle or fall. Of course, using a phone light works, and that’s what we did, but adding a couple of lights along the road would be a much better solution.
It’s unclear whether this road is the responsibility of the hotel or the local authorities, but for guests, it doesn’t really matter. The lights just need to be there.
Aside from this, everything else was great—the location is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in bungalow #3. Everything is just great. You sit on the porch and you can hear the sea. The restaurant is delicious, but the portions are not big (the prices are normal), but the most important thing is the view of the sea, 😀.
The beach at the hotel is of course so-so, but you can walk 10 minutes and there will be a normal beach (we went to the left).
It's a pity that we couldn't extend the bungalow until the end of the trip.
Of the minuses - the water in the sink drains poorly.
And I would like a net on the window so that you can safely leave it open.

Great location, convenient that there is an exit to the sea. Unkempt old room, old sun loungers on the beach, mediocre cleaning. A huge plus is renting a motorbike. Breakfast is not a buffet. The girl at the reception is just great.

The service of this resort is pathetic. They do not offer toiletries in the bathroom. Moreover they do not allow outside food in the resort. If you wish to get a vegetarian or special food from outside then they are charging service fees of VND 100,000 per person. This is a very insulting treatment for guests. They only give two small water bottles on the first day. For all other days of stay they will charge for water bottles. This looks so cheap and completely unprofessional. They do not even offer a bell or service to take your luggage to your room during check-in and take luggage from the room to the reception during check-out. I have never seen this kind of worst service in any other hotel in the whole of vietnam. I will never stay again at this resort. I paid the highest charges for the one and only "Beachfront villa" - it is the only one villa which is exactly on the beach. It costs so high. The location is great. But the service standards are completely pathetic.
