1. At the beginning, they sent an email saying they would pick us up and agreed on a time and name on a sign. We didn’t see the person who opened the door for me when we came out. We called the hotel and the airport pick-up staff suddenly appeared with 3 different names on the sign and told us to wait for 10 minutes. I thought: there may be guests staying in our hotel on the same flight. I waited for a while and waited until it was almost time. About 30-40 minutes later, I asked the airport pick-up staff what was going on (she didn’t speak English well and had communication problems). She told me to call the hotel. It turned out that the other guests were on completely different flights and they forced us to be 40 minutes late. 🫠 After waiting and coming, we had to wait and wait for other guests to go back together. 2. When we arrived at the hotel lobby, the service was quite good. However, in order to save electricity, the air conditioners in the lobby and floors were not turned on. I felt very uncomfortable. 3. Because it was my son’s birthday that day, I sent an email two days ago asking if the hotel could prepare a birthday cake. It didn’t matter if there was a fee. The hotel replied to the email promptly. They provided services and could prepare it. How did I know that I could check in on the same day? The experience was already very bad, so I quickly asked if they had any preparations.. As expected, they pretended to know nothing. The hotel includes airport transfers, is very cost-effective, has a great breakfast, and the rooms are large and clean. It is located in the city center, near restaurants, coffee shops, and King Kong supermarkets.

The hotel provides free airport pick-up service, but it needs to be notified by email two days in advance. I have already made an appointment for airport pick-up four days in advance by email with my flight number, arrival time and other information, but I have not received a reply. After arriving in Phu Quoc Island, I took my luggage out of the airport, but I couldn't find the hotel's shuttle bus, so I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, the waiter said that they received my email and arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, but the driver couldn't wait for us so he left. The fact is that our plane landed at 18:25, and we had to queue up for immigration and wait for our luggage. It was around 19:15 when we arrived, but the waiter said that the driver had left at 1900. I asked why there was no confirmation email reply to me, and he said that another group of colleagues was responsible and he didn't know. Then I received a confirmation email at 10 o'clock the next morning. Arrangement of airport shuttle bus, this service is really poorly handled. Other aspects are good, the location is very convenient, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The only thing is that I don't know what bit me in the hotel, and many parts of my body are red, swollen and scarred.
