vis booking Perfect ! The Manager -Mr Anh- and the whole staff have been wonderful : smiling, friendly, helpful for everything and so reactive !!!!! We have chosen to use their driver service at our arrival from Phu Quoc airport, it was very efficient and not expensive compared to the others (300 000 vnd). We spent a perfect stay at the Bambusa Resort (7 nights). With a scooter it is nearby all we needed (beach, ATM, food, exchange, fuel, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and town center) ! They do scooters rental , laundry and exchange currency at the hotel. They change the towels (room + swimming pool) every day and the bed linen when we asked. The hotel is quiet. The swimming pool should be renovated a little but it is a big one with convenient sunbeds and green plants all around… so pleasant ! We have enjoyed a lot the breakfast which where fresh and salted and sugared (homemade marmelades !!!!)… The restaurant was perfect for us (vietnameese and western food), not expensive and so cool at night ! We will book for next year for sure

Excellent relaxation holiday. The hotel is located away from the coastal area. Looks like a tropical paradise. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well-groomed beautiful area, a lot of flowers, a mini stream with an artificial pond with live carp. Clean pool with plenty of sun loungers. Varied and delicious breakfasts. Excellent rooms equipped with all necessary hygiene products. Very helpful staff. We lived in a villa. There is a veranda with seating and a mini kitchen. A shuttle will take you to the sea upon request. Picks up when called. I definitely recommend it.

four years have passed, and we are back at Bambusa for a three-week stay......in fact nothing has changed (it's perfect)... particularly warm place, friendly and dedicated staff .....nestled in a corner of greenery, this establishment is synonymous with relaxation and freedom! a special mention to the owner Tien, who likes to please her guests...her smiling staff who are always ready to help! In short, if you are looking for a change of scenery and tranquility, you are in the right place!

This place almost has the camping feel of a state park cabin. We had a two week stay and could also do our own cooking including BBQ. Had two rooms with a connecting open area that is covered. The Breakfast is very limited as was expected from the price payed. The pool was ok but was never vaccumed in the 2 weeks we stayed there. The staff were very nice but the rooms had plenty or areas that were not clean. Under the beds as an example.
