The room smelled musty and was a bit old overall. The lights in the swimming pool were broken, so you couldn't swim at night. The lights on the steps were also broken. It was very dark at night and there were many steps, which caused my friend to fall! The hot water switch in the shower would become very hot after washing, which is dangerous for children! It's okay if the room is not cleaned properly, but even the bath towels and drinking water were not replenished. The only response to the hotel was an embarrassing apology.
